The ability of metal materials to adapt to hot and cold processing is called workability, called workability. Materials with good process properties have higher process tolerance and are less expensive to manufacture.

Introduction to the adjustment steps of the cold heading machine
The cold heading machine uses cold dial elements or rod-shaped materials, which become lightweight hexagonal nuts after tapping. The cold heading machine is horizontal, and the work stations are arranged horizontally. The whole process of feeding, cutting, clamping and cold heading is automatic.
The adjustment steps of the cold heading machine are introduced:
1. Adjustment steps of hardware field connection. Install the proximity switch on the device and connect all components according to the electrical schematic.
2. Reset the device. Press the two reset switches on the counter operation panel to reset the preset number and the process number.
3. One-touch protection. When the key switch (SA1) is turned, the key operation on the counter operation panel is invalid.
4. Parameter setting. By setting the acceleration and deceleration time parameters (2202) according to the requirements of the user unit, the starting frequency of the frequency converter is increased from 1Hz to 50Hz (I. e., the motor speed is increased from 0r/min to 1500r/min) to 3 seconds.
5. Processing test. Start the machine first in manual mode to machine the part. The device will operate normally and will switch to automatic mode. Set the total number of processed parts on the counter to 30 and start the device. When the number of processed parts reaches 30, the equipment will stop running. In manual and automatic modes, turning the potentiometer on the governor will change the processing speed of the part, and the speed of each cycle will be displayed on the digital display.
Five. Emergency stop, please. Press the emergency stop button on the operation panel of the control panel to stop the device. When the total power is removed, the counter data remains unchanged. Then, when the power is turned on again, the parts will be processed and stop running until the preset number is reached.
